論法的秩序價(jià)值

摘要

秩序作為法的基本價(jià)值是與法永相伴隨的。秩序是法的基礎(chǔ)性價(jià)值，法對于建立秩序和維護(hù)秩序都具有自己獨(dú)特的意義，它是建立和維護(hù)秩序最有效的工具。秩序在法的價(jià)值層次結(jié)構(gòu)中位于最低層的基礎(chǔ)地位，也是法的其他價(jià)值得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。法與秩序是密不可分的，法可以建立社會的政治秩序，經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序和生活秩序，是人類社會達(dá)到秩序化這1目的的重要手段。
