Abstract: From the reform and opening abroad,the gap in residents＇ income extended continuously. In order to reduce the income gap, we should carry out the counterplan :to develop education and economy; to extend the employment;to insist the allotment principle that the employment has the initiative and looks after both sides equity to combine together;to slice solid increment farmer income;to make the market competition order criterion, to strengthen the income allotment system reform, to perfect the lowest wages guarantee system etc.. 　　Key words: China; residents＇income; allotment gap 　　隨著改革開放的深入,市場經(jīng)濟體制的建立和國民經(jīng)濟總體水平的提高,居民收入狀況和生活質(zhì)量也有了明顯的改善和提高
