［摘要］演奏過程中是否做到放松是衡量演奏藝術水平高低的重要標準。放松可分為生理放松和心理放松，心理放松是放松的高級階段，要使演奏水平的提高達到質的飛躍，做到心理放松是最關鍵的。本文通過探討影響心理放松的因素以及怎樣做到心理放松，希望能夠引起音樂愛好者、鋼琴學習者和鋼琴從教者的足夠重視，使鋼琴演奏者的演奏水平有著質的提高。
