1怎么念電話號(hào)碼 Giving numbers
念一串電話號(hào)碼時(shí)，最好每三個(gè)或四個(gè)數(shù)字中間停頓一下。
連在一起的兩個(gè)或三個(gè)相同數(shù)字，可以用double或triple，比如：
222讀作triple two;
3344讀作double three, double four;
5555可以讀作double five, double five，如果要說“five five five five”也可以，但是不要說four five哦，那是45。
2 郵箱地址怎么說 Saying email addresses
@ 讀作 “at”，所以，John@gmail.com就是"John, at, gmail, dot, com"。
如果用戶名的部分有標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)，常見的幾種這么讀：

3 接通電話 Getting through
很多人在打電話的時(shí)候，并不會(huì)自報(bào)家門，所以你可以禮貌地問對(duì)方的姓名，人家不會(huì)生氣的。例子：
A: Can I speak to Mr Smith, please? / Is Mr Smith there, please?
我能和史密斯先生通話么?/ 史密斯先生在么?
B: May I ask who's calling? / Could I have your name, please?
請(qǐng)問您是?/ 能否告知您的姓名?
A: Yes, this is Tom Cruise speaking.
我是湯姆·克魯斯。
在公司里，接起電話要先報(bào)上自己的名字，而不是問對(duì)方是誰(shuí)，“Who's there?”聽起來(lái)很不禮貌。
但是不要說“I am”或“My name is”，直接在自己的名字后面加上“speaking”就可以了。比如，
Hello, John Smith speaking.
你好，我是約翰·史密斯。
最好再加上公司的名字：
This is Jenny Smith from Canpoint Company.
我是全品公司的詹妮·史密斯。
如果對(duì)方找的人正是你，對(duì)話則是這樣的。
A: Can I speak to Jane, please?
可以幫我接一下簡(jiǎn)嗎?
B: Speaking.

4.留信息 Leaving or taking a message
對(duì)方要找的人不在，你可以說明情況，注意在句首禮貌地加上“I'm afraid”或者 "I'm sorry"。比如：
I'm afraid Mr Smith is out of the office today.
抱歉史密斯先生今天不在公司。
其他可能的情況還有：
off sick today.
請(qǐng)病假了
in a meeting.
開會(huì)中
on holiday.
休假了
或者
I'm afraid his line is engaged.
他正在通話中。
接下來(lái)，你就可以問對(duì)方是否需要留信息。
A: Would you like to leave a message?

B: Could you ask him to call me back? / Could you ask him to return my call?

5 打給陌生人 Calling someone you don‘t know
可能你的老板讓你給一個(gè)不認(rèn)識(shí)的人打電話，那你就應(yīng)當(dāng)先自我介紹，然后提一提老板的名字。
A: Hello, this is Sarah Brown calling, from Canpoint Company.

6 通話有問題時(shí) When there's a problem
聽不清對(duì)方的話
I'm sorry, could you speak up, please?
不好意思，你能大聲點(diǎn)嗎?
I'm sorry, I can't hear you very well.

I'm sorry, the line's bad – could you repeat what you just said?

7.糾正對(duì)方的說法
