英語數(shù)詞詞匯的整理

　　基數(shù)詞

　　1)基數(shù)詞寫法和讀法： 345 three hundred and forty-five;

　　2)基數(shù)詞一般是單數(shù)形式，但下列情況，常用復(fù)數(shù)：

　　a. 與of 短語連用，表示概數(shù)，不能與具體數(shù)目連用，如scores of people 指許多人;

　　b. 在一些表示"一排"或"一組"的詞組里;

　　如：They arrived in twos and threes. 他們?nèi)齼蓛傻牡竭_(dá)了。

　　c. 表示"幾十歲";

　　d. 表示"年代"，用 in +the +數(shù)詞復(fù)數(shù);

　　e. 在乘法運(yùn)算的一種表示法里，如：3 x 5 = 15 Three fives is (are) fifteen.

　　序數(shù)詞

　　序數(shù)詞的縮寫形式： first---1st second---2nd thirty-first---31st三、數(shù)詞的用法

　　1)倍數(shù)表示法

　　a. 主語+謂語+倍數(shù)(或分?jǐn)?shù))+ as + adj. + as

　　I have three times as many as you. 我有你三倍那么多。

　　b. 主語+謂語+倍數(shù)(分?jǐn)?shù))+ the size (amount，length…) of…

　　The earth is 49 times the size of the moon. 地球是月球的49倍。

　　c. 主語+謂語+倍數(shù)(分?jǐn)?shù))+ 形容詞(副詞)比較級+ than…

　　The grain output is 8 percent higher this year than that of last year.

　　今年比去年糧食產(chǎn)量增加8%。

　　d. 還可以用by+倍數(shù)，表示增加多少倍

　　The production of grain has been increased by four times this year.

　　今年糧食產(chǎn)量增加了4倍。

　　2)分?jǐn)?shù)表示法

　　構(gòu)成：基數(shù)詞代表分子，序數(shù)詞代表分母。分子大于1時，分子的序數(shù)詞用單數(shù)，分母序數(shù)詞用復(fù)數(shù)：

　　1/3 one-third ; 3/37 three and three-sevenths.

　　序數(shù)詞(Ordinal Number)表示排列的順序，如：

　　The first time I saw him was yesterday.

　　第一 first 第十三 thirteenth

　　第二 second 第十四 fourteenth

　　第三 third 第十五 fifteenth

　　第四 fourth 第十六 sixteenth

　　第五 fifth 第十七 seventeenth

　　第六 sixth 第十八 eighteenth

　　英語基數(shù)詞變序數(shù)詞順口溜

　　基數(shù)詞變序數(shù)詞

　　基變序，很容易，

　　一二三，特殊記，

　　th從四起，

　　八去t來九去e，

　　遇到ve，f替，

　　ty變?yōu)閠ie，后加th莫遲疑，

　　若想表示幾十幾，只變個位就可以。

　　時間介詞巧記歌

　　年、月、季節(jié)前須用in(如：in 2008, in September, in spring)，日期前面行不通，

　　遇到幾號改用on(如：on January 1)，

　　上午、下午、晚上仍用in(如：in the morning/afternoon/evening)，

　　若是某日上下午，也是用on才能行(如：on the evening of the Mid-autumn Day)，

　　正午、夜里用at(如：at noon, at night)，

　　時、分用法也同理(如：, at two, at two)，

　　如若“差”點(diǎn)須加to(如：two to two)

　　如若“過”點(diǎn)改past(如：half past one)，

　　數(shù)詞的其他用法

　　1. 小數(shù)的表達(dá)

　　小數(shù)點(diǎn)左邊的數(shù)通常按基數(shù)詞來讀，若為三位以上的數(shù)，也可按編碼式讀法讀出，即將數(shù)字單個讀出;小數(shù)點(diǎn)右邊的數(shù)通常按編碼式讀法單個讀出。

　　6.86 six point eight six

　　14.15 fourteen point one five

　　345.456 three four five point four five six

　　345.456 three hundred and forty-five point four five six

　　0在小數(shù)中通常讀作zero，也可讀作字母o。如：

　　9.07 nine point o(zero) seven

　　2. 倍數(shù)的表達(dá)

　　用基數(shù)詞加times表示，如：

　　Productivity has increased three times.

　　The girl is ten times cleverer than her brother.

　　Americans eat twice as much proteinas they actually need every day.

　　3. 百分?jǐn)?shù)的表達(dá)(其中的百分號%讀作percent)

　　6%讀作：six percent

　　0.6%讀作：zero point six percent

　　500%讀作：five hundred percent

　　12.34%讀作：twelve point three four percent

　　4. 分?jǐn)?shù)的表達(dá)

　　a, 較小分?jǐn)?shù)的一般讀寫方法。如：

　　1/3 one-third

　　2/3 two-thirds

　　3/5 three-fifths

　　b, 較復(fù)雜分?jǐn)?shù)的簡明讀寫方法。如：

　　22/9 twenty-two over nine

　　43/97 forty-three over ninety-seven

　　c, 整數(shù)與分?jǐn)?shù)之間須用and連接。如：

　　四又二分之一 four and a half

　　九又五分之二 nine and two fifths

　　5. 數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算的表達(dá)

　　6+5=11

　　Six plus five is eleven.

　　或 Six and five is eleven.

　　11-6=5

　　Eleven minus six is five.

　　或 Six from eleven is five.

　　4×5=20

　　Four multiplied by five is twenty.

　　或 Four times five is twenty.

　　20÷4=5

　　Twenty divided by four is five.

　　或 Four into twenty goes five.

　　15:5=3

　　The ratio of fifteen to five is three.

　　2的2次方是4 Two squared is four.

　　2的3次方是8 Two cubed is eight.

　　2的4次方是16 The fourth power of two is sixteen.

　　a > b a is more than b.

　　a < b a is less than b.

　　a ≈ b a approximately equals to b.

　　a ≠ b a is not equal to b.
