      投簡歷要結(jié)合自身條件

      記者在采訪中發(fā)現(xiàn),HR經(jīng)理最頭疼的就是處理大量的無用簡歷,說其無用是因為其經(jīng)歷和專業(yè)與所報職位極其不符,完全是在撒大網(wǎng)撞運(yùn)氣。楊小姐說:“我們篩選簡歷的原則是與招聘職位要求基本相符。公司對所需人才的要求反映在了對招聘職位的描述中,其實這些描述可以反映一個公司企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵的某個方面。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)注意這些內(nèi)容,自身條件與公司對招聘職位的要求差得太遠(yuǎn),就沒有必要投簡歷了,即使投遞了簡歷也是浪費(fèi)雙方的時間和精力。”她總結(jié),得到面試機(jī)會的簡歷的共同點應(yīng)該是:首先自身條件與招聘職位要求基本相符;其次是既有理論知識又有實踐經(jīng)驗,即有工作經(jīng)驗的會優(yōu)先考慮。

      現(xiàn)在亂投簡歷這一現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)逐漸好轉(zhuǎn),他認(rèn)為,找自己符合的崗位要特別注意硬件條件,學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗都要符合公司要求,而對一些細(xì)節(jié),如在大公司內(nèi)擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)等要求比較細(xì)的條件也不能忽視,以免做無用功。

      不同人群側(cè)重點不同

      HR關(guān)注簡歷時候,也會因為招聘職位不同關(guān)注的側(cè)重點也不同,如果你恰好屬于其中一種人群,就要著重注意簡歷中的相關(guān)部分了。楊小姐介紹,因為不同的'職位對人員的素質(zhì)要求是不一樣的。她說:“比如對專業(yè)技術(shù)方面的管理人員,我對其知識背景、管理背景、實踐經(jīng)驗等都會關(guān)注,而對于一個普通的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員我可能更多關(guān)注的是他的實踐經(jīng)驗,其次是他的知識背景。有些特殊職位還會特別關(guān)注應(yīng)聘者的性格特點等。”

      對大學(xué)生和有經(jīng)驗的人關(guān)注點也不同,大學(xué)生的成績雖然不是重點,但也是HR考查學(xué)生是否有學(xué)習(xí)能力,對工作和學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度是否認(rèn)真的重要依據(jù)。學(xué)歷也是考查大學(xué)生的一個關(guān)鍵,而對于實習(xí)經(jīng)驗只要有就可以,不用多也不能雜,要做到適度。對于有經(jīng)驗的人來說,曾經(jīng)工作的公司和從事的職務(wù),包括工作業(yè)績都是考查重點。

      謹(jǐn)防小河溝里翻船一頁紙簡歷受歡迎

      細(xì)節(jié)反映態(tài)度,態(tài)度決定一切,一些不被注意的細(xì)節(jié)往往會直接斷送求職者的前程。趙復(fù)成說,有些簡歷連性別和聯(lián)系方式都沒有,這雖然是一些小的細(xì)節(jié),但反映了求職者的認(rèn)真程度和做事情的專心程度。而一些錯字和病句,雖然不是很重要,但起碼在說明求職者不夠重視的同時,也反映其文字能力不是很強(qiáng)。楊小姐表示有的應(yīng)聘人員的簡歷對自己工作經(jīng)歷的時間編排無次序,反映了應(yīng)聘者在日常工作中的條理性較差和工作不夠細(xì)致。有的簡歷中時間上出現(xiàn)重復(fù)或交叉,這會讓人對簡歷的真實性持懷疑態(tài)度,這些都有可能直接導(dǎo)致簡歷無法通過“海選”。

      另外,簡單明了的簡歷一般來說容易通過,能讓讀到它的人感覺清楚明了,不復(fù)雜不麻煩。趙復(fù)成認(rèn)為一頁紙的簡歷是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”達(dá)到兩頁紙。
