撰寫簡歷的注意事項(xiàng)
1、簡歷設(shè)計(jì)巧顯個性
人力資源部副經(jīng)理xxx說，在相同學(xué)歷條件下，一定要在簡歷中體現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢來。
比如說，有的同學(xué)把自己“英語二、四級”、“計(jì)算機(jī)二級”、獲得過什么資格證都標(biāo)在了簡歷的封面上，這樣招聘者看簡歷一目了然，一下就把這份簡歷挑出來了。相反的，有的同學(xué)用了一兩頁A4紙定自薦信，用了諸如“吃苦耐勞工作勤奮”之類的字眼形容自己，根本體現(xiàn)不出自己的特點(diǎn)，因?yàn)檫@些評價(jià)適用于每個求職者。
另一位招聘負(fù)責(zé)人建議，寫自薦信可將主要特長、簡歷的段落詞句用加黑、加粗的字體顯示，便于瀏覽。
2、開門見山介紹自己
在某報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源部，記者看到了一位雙學(xué)士的求職簡歷;在長達(dá)十頁的簡歷中，第一頁是封面，第二頁是一整頁的自薦信，第三頁是一整頁的學(xué)校介紹，第四頁是一整頁的專業(yè)介紹，第五頁才介紹個人基本情況。
“翻到第五頁才找到我們想看的東西。”招聘負(fù)責(zé)人表示，直接把個人情況表格放到最前面去，才是最簡潔的做法。
這位負(fù)責(zé)人還說，有的新聞專業(yè)的學(xué)生復(fù)印了大量的實(shí)習(xí)作品放在簡歷里，其實(shí)沒有必要。因?yàn)閳?bào)社在招聘時，看重的是見報(bào)文章的質(zhì)量而非數(shù)量，比如文章是否有一定的獨(dú)到見解、是否為獨(dú)立署名，這樣才更能體現(xiàn)出一個新聞專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。他還表示，成績單、各種證書的復(fù)印件要備齊，這樣比空泛地寫自己有多少優(yōu)點(diǎn)要有力得多。
3、不應(yīng)聘外企無需通篇英文
一國有單位的`人力資源部招聘負(fù)責(zé)人xxx指出，有的學(xué)生簡歷里，簡歷里，英文材料比中文材料要多。HR表示，其實(shí)只有外企才會比較注重應(yīng)聘者用外語表達(dá);應(yīng)聘國企則無需通篇英文。
簡歷應(yīng)對應(yīng)聘單位有一定的針對性。比如單位到廈門大學(xué)的應(yīng)聘學(xué)生就在簡歷里附了一首詩，內(nèi)容大概是：歡迎貴單位來欣賞廈大的美麗風(fēng)光，同時廈大學(xué)生也從貴單位的招聘感受到了貴單位務(wù)實(shí)的作風(fēng)。
其實(shí)，這樣的簡歷就在很大程度上對企業(yè)表現(xiàn)出親和力和針對性，讓招聘者眼前一亮。相反的，有的學(xué)生主動找上門來想求職，嘴里說對貴企業(yè)很仰慕，但一問卻對企業(yè)一無所知，這樣給人的感覺就很不可靠，僅僅是在找一個飯碗而已。
