      在個(gè)人工作簡(jiǎn)歷中“工作經(jīng)歷”一欄里填的都是工作職責(zé),對(duì)HR來說幾乎毫無參考和評(píng)估的價(jià)值。對(duì)于這一項(xiàng),一定要轉(zhuǎn)變表述方式,體現(xiàn)過去的工作成果是你的首要任務(wù),而工作職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容是工作中人人都要遵從的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并不能說明你在工作創(chuàng)造的價(jià)值。區(qū)分這兩個(gè)概念,是寫好工作經(jīng)歷這部分內(nèi)容的關(guān)鍵所在。

      列出你過去的工作成績(jī),是為了展現(xiàn)你的.核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。要盡量提供工作簡(jiǎn)歷中提到的業(yè)績(jī)和能力的證明資料,并作為附件附在工作簡(jiǎn)歷的后面。一定要記住是復(fù)印件,千萬不要寄原件給招聘單位,以防丟失。在能力或業(yè)績(jī)總結(jié)中要突出自己主要的“賣點(diǎn)”和成功案例——這一切都應(yīng)當(dāng)與你想要應(yīng)聘的職位緊密結(jié)合。你可以用頭銜、嘉獎(jiǎng)來突出所取得的成就。頭銜意味著你在公司的地位,更意味著你的職責(zé);嘉獎(jiǎng)意味著他人對(duì)你的客觀肯定。

      1、如果你是第一次制作簡(jiǎn)歷,建議你使用規(guī)范的簡(jiǎn)歷模板,比如前程無憂提供的簡(jiǎn)歷模板。

      2、簡(jiǎn)歷制作完成后,應(yīng)仔仔細(xì)細(xì)、從頭到尾再讀一遍,檢查文字是否順暢、有沒有出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)別字。

      3、不要遺漏手機(jī)號(hào)碼,這是HR與你聯(lián)系的首要途徑。

      4、日期或數(shù)字的寫法前后要一致,不要前面寫“20xx年9月”,后面是“20xx.9”。
