與同事相處的問題
問：告訴我，你與同事相處時遇到的問題。
答：我非常平易近人，而且易于與大部分人融洽相處。但我記得有一次，我
們請了一個愛發號施令的新助手，他的態度冒犯了一位實習生。我把他叫到一旁，
告訴他請求別人幫忙比命令別人去做事有效得多。不幸的是，我的意見似乎沒起
多大作用。但從那以后，我們在聘用新員工時都更加小心了。
免討論與個性抵觸的問題，而應把重點放在你與你的同事的職業道德的不同
之處，又或者把重點放在面試官有可能強調的其他方面。例如：你可以談談某些
人追求完美的標準沒有你那么高。
Q:Tell me about a problem you ve had getting along with a work
associate.
A:I m pretty easygoing and tend to get along with most people. But
I remember one time when we brought in a new associate who was very bossy
to the point where he offended one of our interns with his attitude.
I actually pulled him aside and told him that I found it more productive
to ask people for help than to give orders. Unfortunately, my advice didn
t seem to help much, but we were more careful when we hired new staff
after that.
