面試官喜歡什么樣的英文自我介紹
一般來說，具有以下特點的英文自我介紹符合面試官的期望值：
(1)短句：盡量是用口語化的短句，易于面試官聽懂;
(2)慢速：比中文自我介紹速度要放慢至少三分之一，易于面試官輕松地傾聽;
(3)強調(diào)：在需要面試官重點傾聽的地方，要用語調(diào)和語氣加以強調(diào)，使面試官格外注意你所表達的內(nèi)容。
中國面試官讓申請人做英文自我介紹的`目的主要是考查英文水平，了解一下申請人的英語發(fā)音和流利程度。所以，申請人要著重表現(xiàn)自己的英語水平，重視發(fā)音、語法、流利程度。
外國面試官讓申請人做自我介紹的目的并非是考查英文，而是要傾聽申請人自我介紹當中的細節(jié)，并根據(jù)這些細節(jié)來進行下一步的提問。所以，在自我介紹當中，申請人要在希望面試官提問的地方放慢語速，或者用語氣加以強調(diào)。此外，大部分外國面試官并不太了解中國，所以申請人在人名、地名、學(xué)校名、公司名等一些具有中國特色的地方要放慢語速或者加以解釋。
