Once, she came to me with the opinion that as many Chinese banks are considering IPO while writing off the Non-Performing Loan, it is urgent to deepen the reform of capital structure of a bank and adopt advanced techniques and corporate governance mechanism through the cooperation with QFII. Meanwhile, she aroused many questions such as whether the pre-loan examinations were workable and whether the internal control system was effective. She also advised to establish a quantitative cyclical performance management system in order to manage credit-loan assets in a better way. I was astonished that she could make such an embedded analysis on the current issues.
Besides, she has a splendid command of English, enabling her to communicate with the foreign customers successfully. She is also very kind to others, ready to give the helping hand to anyone who met with a heavy load. Her excellent behavior in work reflected her solid foundation in finance and a nice character.
